Return/Exchange Policy
- Refunds/cancellations are never issued.
- Several items are exempt from being returned (evening wear, sale items, jewelry, accessories, swimwear, undergarments.)
- Our return/exchange policy lasts for 14 days. Once the 14 days have pasted we are unable to accept any form of returns or exchanges.
- Once a return has been requested and approved, a return label will be emailed to the email provided at checkout. Item must be shipped out within 48 hours from when shipping label is sent to customer.
